Construction Industry Alliance of Palm Beach County

The Construction Industry Alliance of Palm Beach County (The Alliance) is the voice of the industry in Palm Beach County. Composed of the three main construction associations in Palm Beach County; Associated General Contractors, Gold Coast Builders Association and Associated Builders and Contractors, the Alliance represents all types of construction. This includes commercial, residential, and infrastructure. Additionally, combined the Alliance comprises 100,000 employees and third of the economic engine in Palm Beach County. Together the Alliance monitors issues that affect the overall construction industry including building permit fees, plan review, comprehensive plan changes, land development regulations, and economic stimulus. The Alliance can be counted on as a resource for Palm Beach County and all the municipalities contained for any construction issue.

The Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA)

is the representative of home builders and their associates in Palm Beach and Northern Broward Counties. Made up of 500 different companies, GCBA members represent roughly 35,000 employees of the construction industry. Our current President is Ray Puzzitiello and current Vice-President of Government Affairs is Kevin Ratterree. The Associated General Contractors of America – Florida East Coast Chapter

remains steadfast as one of the most influential construction associations in Florida exclusively representing Florida General Contractor 100% of the time. Serving the local construction industry for over 61 years, we have identified the needs of our local members and have constructed our membership programs around those needs.  On a city, state and national level, we are committed to representing all our members against ill-conceived legislation and court decisions that negatively impact your business.

 Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. – Florida East Coast Chapter

is a partnership of the seventy-nine (79) national chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors, representing the interests of over 25,000 commercial, industrial and institutional merit shop contractors, suppliers and industry professionals. ABC-FEC is also a partner with ABC of Florida, representing the mutual interests of Florida's five (5) ABC chapters within state government.
