Palm Beach County Ethic Ordinance

Due to past indictments for elected officials, the citizens of Palm Beach County have voted to mandate the creation of an Inspector General, Commission on Ethics and Code of Ethics. During the first half of this this year representatives from all areas of government, business and community concern assisted in the drafting of the three ordinances. Beginning June 1st, the ordinances governing the inspector general, code of ethics, and commission on ethics are in effect.
