The Government Affairs Committee is one of the volunteer committees of GCBA charged with handling all local legislative issues. This includes land development regulations, building permit fees, impact fees, permit issuance services, comprehensive plan changes, and environmental issues impacting the home building industry.
The committee meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at the GCBA office. Meetings begin promptly at 5:00pm. All members of Gold Coast Builders Association are welcomed to attendance.
