The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales goals to support the store’s sales and profit objectives, while continuing to provide outstanding customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will be able to drive sales by developing loyal client relationship, and maintaining that relationship through social media. Jemstone Construction Group, Inc.

Iconic Building Corp.

We are  a 12 year old construction company that builds one speculative home in the $2-$3- million dollar price range every 12- 18 months and 2-3 renovations for other clients every year.  We are based out of Palm Beach Gardens and 90% of our jobs are located in Frenchmans Creek.  This is an ongoing financially secure and successful company. We have an excellent reputation and a large client base in our market. Most of the work we do is major renovations of 5,000 thousand to 7,000 square feet. Value of the work per job ranges between $300,000-1,000,000.

I am looking for a strong experienced manager that can oversee all aspects of project management. I will be the lead generator and I will a hands on relationship with the client throughout the course of the project. The applicant’s job will be to manage the sub contractors and the vendors. The accounting and financial side of the business will be managed by me. His job will be the actual construction of the homes from the ground up.
