The primary function of the Gold Coast Builders Association is to ensure that the housing construction market remains strong in southeast Florida. To successfully accomplish this mission, the association leadership and staff work with representatives and leaders within the industry and those who influence the economy - the local government in particular.

It is well known that the decisions and actions of a city council, county commission, or school board can dramatically affect the ability of the housing industry to continue building homes for our community.
