Terry has over 22 years o fexperience with FPL's residential energy conservation programs including HVAC, insulation, solar water heating, heat recovery, heat pumps, window tint, security lighting and indoor air quality, duct sealing &  inspection and new home construction.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Palm Beach Atlantic University in Organizational Management and an Associate of Science Degree with Palm Beach State College in Aeronautical Engineering.  He is Class 2 BERS Rater, Building Energy Rating System, with the state of Florida.

Current professional affiliations: NAHB, FHBA, GCBA Builders Associations along with BEAP, Building Energy Assessment professional, and USGBC, United States Green Building Council Association, South Florida Chapter.

Terry has been on the GCBA PRISM Committee for the past five years and 8 years total including one year as the PRISM co-chair.

Terry enjoys spending time iwth his family, fishing, scuba diving & flying and enjoys traveling and photography. Terry has held a private pilot's license since 1974.
